The Storykeeper is a deeper look into how a man took an event that had a great impact upon him as a child, the crash of a B-17 of the USAF 96th Bomb Group in his neighborhood, and spent years assembling the story with a wider view that encompassed the whole story. This short documentary follows René's journey as he searches for and finds the documents, eyewitness accounts, photographs and details that are the pieces of this puzzle, and fits them together with intricate care. René presents these fascinating details to the families of the crew and Parisians who suffered the horrors of war and resisted so bravely, and brings two survivors back to Paris to honor them.

This is an independent film created, developed, and made by people who believe this is how the stories of history are best kept and guarded, and René Psarolis's experience has implications for all of us.
