IN-PERSON
Festival Box Office presented by First United Bank

First United BankTickets can be purchased in person at the First United Bank Festival Box Office beginning Friday, Feb 8 at 2PM. The Box Office at the Campus Theatre will open two hours prior to the first screening and stay open 30 minutes after the final showing has begun. We accept Cash/Visa/MC/Disc/Amex. You can also exchange vouchers at all box office locations.

HOW IT WORKS AT THE EVENT

When you arrive at the festival, you will need to first pick-up your tickets or passes at the First United Bank Festival Box Office. At 30 minutes until screen time, festival staff will begin allowing those guests with All-Access Passes into the theater. Then at 10 minutes until screen time, ticket holders will be allowed to enter the theater one by one until all seats are filled. At the most anticipated events, a line for ticket-holders will form outside the theater doors. Those with the best place in line will ensure themselves a seat. If you are unable to enter a screening because all seats are full, festival management will exchange your ticket for another screening. The on-site management team will monitor capacity and will make every attempt to only sell tickets when seats are available. If you have any question, please contact us.
